Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains what personal data NoxWhale Automation ("NoxWhale", "we") collects through this website and in the course of providing services, and how we handle it. We keep it deliberately simple: we collect little, we sell nothing.

2. What we collect

Data inside client systems we build or maintain (for example your CRM records) is processed under the engagement contract with you, not this policy, and stays in your own accounts.

3. How we use it

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of providers to operate: website hosting, Cal.com for scheduling, our email provider, and Google Fonts for typefaces (which involves your browser requesting font files from Google). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and client records only as long as needed for the relationship and any legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email noxwhaleautomation@gmail.com and we'll act on your request promptly.

7. Security

We follow least-privilege access practices, use reputable providers, and limit who can see your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated.

8. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Questions or requests: noxwhaleautomation@gmail.com.
